Well Being

Since The Apprentice I have lost a whopping 3.5 stone. It hasn’t been easy but the weight has stayed off and I’m happy. There aren’t any quick ways or magic wands to weight loss, just hard work & willpower!

How have I done it?

  • Running! I couldn’t run 100 metres at the beginning and now I am at 10km runs for charity.
  • Being more active in general. I walk everywhere and always walk up stairs as opposed to using the lift. Small changes make a difference.
  • Healthy eating.
  • Cut down on red meat and no ‘white’ carbohydrates.
  • Limited alcohol.

I used to suffer from a terrible bad back from being too heavy and wearing high heels. I discovered MBT posture enhancing trainers and haven’t taken them off since! I can’t recommend them enough.
