I have been very lucky in life to have a supportive family who have encouraged me to follow my dreams and have confidence to be my own person. I believe it’s important to give back and help others. I support a number of charities for different reasons.

Cancer Research – I will be running their 10km run 0ct 4th at Barnsley

Kids Company – after helping organise a successful Xmas Day 2009 let’s do it again

Ambassador for The Prince’s Trust – lets raise a million with their ‘Million Markers’ campaign

UK Youth – the charity celebrates it’s 100 year anniversary next year with lots of exciting plans ahead

Women’s Aid - I will be running for the London Marathon April 2010 for them
