Since The Apprentice I have lost a whopping 3.5 stone with the help of Fabulous Magazine and my trainer Sarah Williams. It hasn’t been easy and I still have another stone to go. There aren’t any quick ways or magic wands to weight loss, just hard work & willpower!

How have I done it?

• Running! I couldn’t run 100 metres at the beginning and now I am at 10km runs for charity. I am doing the London Marathon next year for Women’s Aid

• Being more active in general. I walk everywhere and always walk up stairs as opposed to using the lift. Small changes make a difference

• Healthy eating.

• Cut down on red meat and no ‘white’ carbohydrates

• No booze

I use to suffer from a terrible bad back from being too heavy and wearing high heels. I discovered MBT posture enhancing trainers and haven’t taken them off since! I can’t recommend them enough
