The Apprentice was an incredible experience; it really was the hardest 12 weeks of business boot camp which pushed and stretched me in every way! The entire process was tough, challenging, and changed my life. The experience taught me to be resilient and gave me the confidence to take a risk – even if I failed. Everyone was under such pressure to achieve under tight time restraints so that you learn just to go for it and do your best.

Would I do it all again? Of course I would, I loved every minute. I think it's important to push yourself out of your comfort zone. It’s amazing what you can achieve.
